taking, creativity or individual responsibility on entrepreneurial activity is

Due to constant decrease during the monitored period Slovakia ended on the

dramatically below the average of both comparison groups (i. e. European

The worst evaluated attribute is encouragement of entrepreneurial risk-

Entrepreneurial conditions for youth entrepreneurship
x
Several entrepreneurial conditions evaluating specific aspects of the
environment are especially related to youth entrepreneurship. In general,
they cover the constraints as well as supporting factors of youth
entrepreneurship, ranging from pragmatic aspects of everyday routine of
running a business to various societal and economic attributes and
phenomena.
x
Generally, the low level of constraints as well as factors pushing young
population to entrepreneurship from necessity can be considered positive.
x
On the other hand, supporting factors for youth entrepreneurship are
insufficient. There is an absence of systematic and targeted programs and
instruments aimed at support and development of youth entrepreneurial
activity. In addition, the lack of entrepreneurial opportunities at home
together with prevailing attractiveness of opportunities abroad is also
problematic in this context.
x
The entrepreneurial environment in Slovakia does not implicitly inhibit the
entrepreneurial activity of youth, but it also does not provide systematic and
targeted support.
